As you may already know, Adobe Flash will no longer be supported after January 12, 2021. Because our legacy Publisher is reliant on Flash, all users should now be using the new TurboSquid Publisher to publish 3D models. (Note: the legacy Publisher will still be accessible for single file uploads but we expect that it will be less stable with the discontinued support of Flash.)
We are aware that some users have experienced upload issues during our beta trial, but since opening the new Publisher to all artists, those issues have now been addressed. As always, you are encouraged to reach out to our team on the Artist Forum or open a Support Ticket for any usability issues.
