No. Since TurboSquid offers extensive and guaranteed support, as described under the TurboSquid Quality and Service Guarantee, TurboSquid does not allow artists to publish any form of contact information on the product preview pages, or anywhere else on turbosquid.com or affiliate sites.
Our policy is to act as intermediary in all artist – customer relationships. This ensures that if there is a problem with fraud or any copyright issues, we are able to resolve those issues for you efficiently.
In our experience transactions outside of our site can lead to artists not getting paid, or in some instances purchasers not getting the product they expected.
Contact information includes URLs to external websites, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, etc. TurboSquid also does not allow contact information embedded in preview images uploaded to TurboSquid.
Should artists violate this policy, TurboSquid reserves the right to take actions including but not limited to the following:
- On the first violation, TurboSquid will notify the artist via a support ticket to inform the artist that he/she must remove the contact information.
- Repeated violations or refusal to make the proper adjustment may lead to permanent removal of the offending products and possible lifetime suspension of the artist’s ability to sell on TurboSquid.
